The agency provides temporary, safe shelter on an emergency basis to victims of domestic violence and mobilizes community resources to aid victims. Included at the shelter are 24-hour emergency assistance and follow-up, community education and teen dating violence awareness, and an elementary education program. On-site legal advocacy for domestic violence victims is available in Holyoke, Chicopee, and Springfield Probate Family Courts.
